How and when are referral fees paid?
You earn 10% of the service fees we collect from the referred client in their first 12 months, paid quarterly. Ad spend, taxes, refunds and third-party pass-through costs are excluded.
Will you ever work directly with my client?
On referrals, yes. You decide how involved you want to be, from regular updates to hands-off. On white label work, no. You stay the only point of contact, and the client never needs to know we're involved.
What does white label pricing look like?
Partner rates are confirmed in writing for each project before you quote. You set the client price and keep the difference.
What if my client needs something I already offer?
We send it back to you. We never pitch or sell a service that overlaps with yours.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Ask, and we'll sign one before you share any client information.
