This client is a licensed toy and consumer electronics company known for creating popular audio products and role playing toys for kids, often featuring beloved characters from brands like Disney, Marvel, and Nickelodeon. With strong sales on Amazon, Walmart, and other major retailers, this client set their sights on building out their own direct-to-consumer storefront.
Having already built a strong presence through retail and marketplace channels, this client recognized the need for a their own DTC experience where they could better understand with their customers, announce new products, and control the customer journey. To do this, they needed a partner who could translate their marketplace momentum into direct sales growth on their own site.
