This client is an online jewelry company based out of Grand Junction, Colorado, that specializes in tungsten carbide rings. Their online store caters to both men & women and offers a combination of both formal rings & casual rings.

The client been making a name for themselves in the jewelry space with their unique offering and climbing through the ranks both on their own site as well as through third party marketplaces.

Challenges

Our client had started seeing commercial success on their Etsy channel and was ready to begin investing in their long-term sustainable channel. They had tried scaling their online store in the past and had to deal with tons of roadblocks from partnering with the wrong team to not scaling with the right approach.
